I am currently attending Fresno City College on my path to obtain my doctorate in sociology. I hope to use my degree to become a college professor and broaden individual’s perspectives on controversial topics.

Previously being a paraprofessional at an elementary school, I’ve gotten to learn so much about children and watch them grow up to be the people they aspire to be. I believe that although we teach children and guide them through life, most of the time they end up teaching us so much more.

When I am not at work, I enjoy traveling, street photography and rock climbing. I also have a huge collection of tiny things. I am not the best at video games … but card games? Go ahead … challenge me.
