We are working to keep our office staff and the families we serve healthy and safe. If your child has any symptoms of cold, flu, COVID-19, or allergies within 48 hours prior to their appointment, please call the office to reschedule or convert your appointment to telehealth. 


Some of the symptoms may include but are not limited to;

  • Sore throat

  • Runny nose

  • Fever

  • Red eyes

  • Stomach Ache

  • Diarrhea

  • Vomiting 

  • Low grade fever

  • Fever 

  • Lethargy (beyond what is normal)

  • Chills

  • Headache lasting longer than a day 


If your child has been in contact with anyone who is ill, has a significant cold, or who is suspected of having COVID, please cancel your appointment or ask to be moved to telehealth.


During this season, we will waive any late cancellation fees related to illness. If your child arrives at their appointment with any symptoms consistent with cold/flu or reports contact/suspicions that they have been in close contact with someone confirmed/suspected of having COVID, they will be sent home and you will be charged the full fee for the session. These charges are not covered by insurance.
